Create a free account

No card. You get 15 calls a month.

Allow the Vendwiser IP address in eMAG

In the dashboard open Integrations and copy the IP address shown there. In eMAG Seller Center open your account profile > Technical details (API), add it to the allowed IP addresses and save. If you also sell on eMAG Bulgaria or Hungary, do the same in the Seller Center of each country. Without it eMAG refuses every call.

Connect your eMAG account

In Integrations choose eMAG and enter the API user and password from Seller Center. Vendwiser tests the connection before saving. The same login covers eMAG Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary: every country where the IP address is allowed is added by itself, and Test now adds a country allowed later.

Connect Trendyol (optional)

In Integrations choose Trendyol and the country: Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Czechia, Slovakia or Germany. Enter the Seller ID, API key and API secret from the Trendyol panel > Account details > Integration information. No IP address is needed. Each country is a separate account: Free, Starter and Pro include one per marketplace, Scale up to nine.

Connect Kaufland (optional)

In Integrations choose Kaufland and the country: Germany, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, France, Italy, Spain or the Netherlands. Enter the Client key and Secret key from the API settings of the Kaufland Seller Portal. No IP address is needed. Each country is a separate account with the same keys: Free, Starter and Pro include one per marketplace, Scale up to nine.

Connect Allegro (optional)

Register an app of type "device" on apps.developer.allegro.pl and copy its Client ID and Client Secret. In Integrations choose Allegro, enter the two values and press Connect: a tab opens on allegro.pl, you sign in and confirm. One account covers Poland and the other Allegro countries you sell in.

Connect Temu (optional)

For sellers who ship their own orders. On partner-eu.temu.com create a self-developed app linked to your Seller Center account, add the Vendwiser IP address shown in Integrations to its allowed list and copy the App key and App secret. In Seller Center open Apps and services, authorise the app with every permission and copy the access token. In Integrations choose Temu and the site (Romania, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Czechia or Greece) and enter the three values. Each site is a separate account.

Connect Vivre (optional)

In Integrations choose Vivre and the country: Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece or Moldova. Enter the API user (api…@vivre.eu) and its password from your Vivre partner account; one API user serves every country, each country is its own account.

Connect Altex (optional)

In Integrations choose Altex and enter the public key and the private key from the API section of the Altex Marketplace seller panel. If you do not see them, ask the Altex Marketplace team to issue them.

Connect Oblio for invoices (optional)

In Integrations choose Oblio and enter your Oblio account email and the API secret from Oblio > Settings > Account data. Your company and document series are read from the account; if you have several, you choose which to use.

Connect Odoo Online (optional)

In Odoo open your profile > Account security > New API key, with a user that can see Sales, Inventory and Purchase. In Integrations choose Odoo and enter the address you open Odoo with and the key. Vendwiser only reads Odoo: sale orders, deliveries and purchase orders.

Connect Meta Ads and Google Ads (optional)

Meta Ads: in Meta Business settings create a system user with access to your ad account, page, catalogue and pixel, generate a token for it and paste the token in Integrations. Google Ads: in Integrations choose Google Ads and press Connect; you sign in with the Google account that manages your ads, nothing is typed. Reports are immediate; budgets, statuses, new campaigns and ads change only after you approve them.

Add Vendwiser to Claude

In Claude open Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector, paste https://app.vendwiser.ai/mcp, press Connect, sign in to Vendwiser and allow access.

Add Vendwiser to ChatGPT

In ChatGPT open Settings, find the section for apps or connectors, add a custom connector with the address https://app.vendwiser.ai/mcp, sign in to Vendwiser and allow access. Then switch the connector on in the conversation.

Ask your first question

Start with a reading question such as "What needs my attention in my shop today?". Reading never changes anything.

Approving changes

Every change starts as a preview

When you ask for a change, the assistant shows what would change, with the old and new values. Nothing is sent yet.

You approve in the conversation

Reply with the approval phrase the assistant shows, for example "I approve act_1a2b3c: invoice for order 123456". For invoices and shipping labels a bare "yes" may be refused by your AI client; the full phrase works.

The dashboard shows and cancels

The Changes page lists every proposal and what happened to it. You can cancel a waiting proposal there. Approving is done only in the conversation.

Protection rules block risky changes

Under Protection rules you set limits such as the largest price change allowed. A change that breaks a rule, or goes below the minimum price set in the marketplace, is blocked before it reaches you for approval.

Invoices follow your Oblio settings

Invoices are issued in your Oblio account, on the series you chose. Vendwiser never changes your e-Factura setting and never sends to SPV itself. An order already invoiced through Vendwiser is not invoiced twice.

Shipping labels are real courier orders

Weight and dimensions come from the products in the order. The first time, the assistant asks for the sender contact person and phone and remembers them. Approving books a real pickup.

Agents and alerts only read

Scheduled agents and alerts check your accounts and send you a notification and an email. They never propose or change anything.
