The PPCmate AI Connector is an MCP server: a standard way for AI assistants to use outside tools. Connect it once, and your assistant can read your real campaign data, explain it in plain language and, if you allow it, make careful changes for you.
Ask what you spent last week, why a campaign is not spending, or which placements waste money, then ask it to block them or adjust a budget. Every figure comes from PPCmate itself: no exports, no copy-paste, and no guessed numbers.
To connect Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste https://api.ppcmate.com/api/mcp. Log in to PPCmate, choose View and manage or View only, and click Allow. There is no extra charge.

Connect Claude & ChatGPT
Add it in Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector, sign in with your PPCmate login and approve it: no keys to copy. Claude Code, Cursor and your own scripts can use the same URL with your API key from the AI Connector page.
Ask in Plain Words
Spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, cost per conversion, and ROAS for any date range, per campaign, per channel, or for the whole account. Every figure comes from a real query; rates come back empty when there is nothing to divide by.
Campaign Health Checker
The assistant runs PPCmate’s own health check: balance, budgets, dates, creative approval, targeting reach, and landing page. It can also check whether conversion tracking actually receives conversions, and how long your balance will last.
Changes You Control
Connected with View and manage, the assistant can pause and resume campaigns, change budgets, bids and schedules, and block placements. Budget and bid increases are limited to 2x per change, every change appears in your notifications, and any change can be undone for 7 days. It can never add funds, make payments or delete anything.
Secure by Design
You approve each app on a PPCmate consent screen and choose View only or View and manage. Every tool is scoped to your own account, and you can disconnect any app instantly from Profile › AI Connector. Every call is rate limited and written to an audit log.

What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants use outside tools and data. The PPCmate AI Connector is an MCP server for your advertiser account.
Which AI apps work with the connector?
Claude and ChatGPT connect with a PPCmate sign-in. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot in VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini and any other MCP client can connect to the same server using your API key in an Authorization: Bearer header.
What is the server URL?
https://api.ppcmate.com/api/mcp. Claude and ChatGPT sign you in with your PPCmate login. Other clients can authenticate with the header Authorization: Bearer followed by your PPCmate API key.
Where do I find my API key?
You only need it for clients without sign-in, such as scripts or Cursor. In PPCmate, open the profile menu and choose AI Connector. It is the same key as the API Guide page.
What tools does the assistant get?
Twenty-seven. Eighteen read your account: stats, campaign setup, creatives, change history, placements, conversion tracking, billing pace, audiences, recommendations and the health check. Nine make changes, and the budget, bid, schedule, placement and undo tools are available only to apps you approved with View and manage.
Can the assistant spend my money?
It cannot add funds, move money or make payments. With View and manage it can change budgets and bids, limited to 2x per change, and every change shows in your notifications and can be undone for 7 days. With View only it cannot change anything.
Can it see other advertisers’ data?
No. Every tool runs on the account that owns the key. A campaign from another account is answered with “not found in this account”.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
Open Profile › AI Connector and click Disconnect next to the app under Connected Apps; it loses access immediately. For a connection made with an API key, generate a new key and the old one stops working at once.
What does the connector cost?
Nothing extra. It is included with your PPCmate account.
What happens if I get a 401 error?
The connection was disconnected or has expired, or the API key was renewed. In Claude or ChatGPT, reconnect PPCmate and sign in again; for API-key clients, generate a fresh key.
Why does the assistant say a campaign is not spending?
It runs PPCmate’s own health check, which looks at your balance, budgets, dates, creative approval, targeting reach, and landing page, and tells you what is holding the campaign back.
