CrocProbe
Dokumentation
Let your coding agent inspect the phone you’re looking at
Share the selected page, element, and browser evidence with Claude Code or Codex. You choose whether the agent can inspect, navigate, or test a live change. Agent access starts at Observe whenever CrocProbe opens.
Agent access requires a license. A Pass is $29 for 90 days from issuance and does not renew. The desktop inspector is free, so you can check that CrocProbe works with your phone before buying.
The agent connects through CrocProbe.
One click for common clients
Open Pair with agent and press Invite an agent. Buttons register CrocProbe with Claude Code, Claude in Xcode, or Codex using each client's own tool. Claude Desktop and any other MCP client that speaks stdio take the configuration CrocProbe writes for you.
A private invite, held by you
The configuration carries a private local token, shown once for copying. The agent connects through an authenticated local bridge into the desktop app. There is no remote endpoint, and an agent cannot invite itself.
Proof before use
Test CrocProbe MCP starts the server exactly as your client would and walks the handshake. When your client connects for real, the server announces itself and the session shows it arrived.
Raise access when the task needs it.
Observe reads the selected page. Starting the iOS connection, navigating, reloading, and a capture that reloads the page require Interact. Running JavaScript and changing an inline style require Modify. CrocProbe checks the permission and records the agent's actions in the session trail. Live style changes test the page; they do not edit your project's source files.
See a mobile layout correction.
A fixed-width card runs off the iPhone screen. With Modify allowed, the agent previews a responsive width through CrocProbe, then clears the override.

On screen: A card measures 540 pixels in a 390-pixel viewport. Applying width: 100% makes it 358 pixels wide. Removing the override restores the original overflow. Browser measurements are shown beside genuine phone footage.
One card breaks the mobile layout. Let's inspect the page running on this real iPhone.
CrocProbe reports a five hundred forty pixel card, inside a three hundred ninety pixel viewport. The right edge runs off screen.
With Modify allowed, the agent previews width one hundred percent through CrocProbe. Watch the card fit the phone.
Now the card is three hundred fifty-eight pixels wide. The page fits the viewport.
Clear the override, and the original overflow returns. This is a temporary preview; the source file stays unchanged.

On screen: The physical iPhone and CrocProbe preview show the same page. The agent reads the selected card, receives Modify permission, previews a new background color, clears the override, and returns to Observe.
Your page. Your phone. Your call. CrocProbe lets you inspect the page running on a real iPhone.
Scroll the live preview, and the real phone follows.
Select a card to inspect its browser details.
Start in Observe. Your agent can read the same selected page.
Ready to test a change? Switch to Modify. You're in control of what the agent can do.
Now the agent previews a new background color, right on the phone.
It's a temporary style override. Your source files stay untouched.
Clear the override, and the original page returns.
When you're done, return to Observe.
Inspect freely. A twenty-nine dollar Pass adds page actions and agent access for ninety days.
No automatic renewal. Try CrocProbe dot com.
Permission and activity stay visible.
Start read-only
CrocProbe returns agent access to Observe whenever the app starts.
Change access yourself
Lower permission to Observe to keep read-only access. Revoke the invite to disconnect the agent and invalidate its configuration.
See who did what
Permission changes and agent activity appear in the session trail.
Review the page and your model provider.
Observe can share page content, console messages, network details, and screenshots with the agent you choose. Modify can run JavaScript in the selected page. Use agent access on pages and accounts you intend to share.
CrocProbe runs locally. An invited agent may use a hosted model, so its provider's data policy also applies to the context it receives.
Inspection is free.
Connect your phone and inspect it before choosing a license. Paid access begins at $29. A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, once per customer.
