How it works
- Send your request Choose a Schiphol route, a custom ride or a tour. You see the price up front.
- We confirm Airport rides: no prepayment, we confirm personally by email. Tours and custom rides: secured with a 25% Mollie deposit.
- Meet your chauffeur We monitor your flight, with no charge for delays, and meet you at the agreed pickup point.

Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods are accepted?
Tours and custom rides pay a 25% deposit through Mollie during booking; the remainder is paid in the vehicle by card, cash or Tikkie. Airport rides (fixed routes) need no prepayment — you pay the driver in the taxi.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups with a flight number, flight delays automatically move your agreed pickup time, so a delayed flight never counts as waiting time. The 15 complimentary minutes start at the agreed pickup time.
How do I find my driver at Schiphol?
With the included standard pickup, your driver meets you at pickup zone P in front of Schiphol Plaza (the short-stay/kiss-and-ride pickup area). Meeting details come with your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find your driver on arrival, call +31 6 4366 8078 or message us on WhatsApp. With the optional €25 name-card upgrade, the driver instead waits inside the arrivals hall with a name card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to pickup (48 hours for private tours).
Are child safety seats available?
Yes, certified child seats are provided complimentary upon request. Please note requirements in booking comments.
How much luggage can your vehicles accommodate?
E-Class: ~3 large suitcases. S-Class: 2-3 suitcases. V-Class: 6+ suitcases. Specify luggage count when booking.
How is waiting time billed?
The 15 complimentary minutes start at the agreed pickup time. After that, waiting is €15 per 15 minutes. For airport pickups with a flight number, flight delays automatically move the agreed pickup time, so they never count as waiting.
Are pets permitted in vehicles?
Pets are not permitted in our vehicles.
Can I request additional stops along the route?
Yes, intermediate stops start from €10 depending on distance. Add details to booking notes for exact pricing.
Can you accommodate groups larger than 7 passengers?
Yes, we dispatch multiple coordinated vehicles for larger groups. State your total party size in notes.
Do you provide long-distance journeys outside Amsterdam?
Yes, we offer nationwide tours across the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as custom long-distance rides with 24 hours notice.
