Human + agent reference

The senior-care referral exit-route and duplicate-deadline registry.

Registry 1.1 · Routes checked July 20, 2026 · Deadline sources checked July 22, 2026

Current primary-source routes for stopping the network contact and finding the separate provider jobs hiding behind one senior-care inquiry.

This registry is factual route information, not legal advice or a promise that a request will apply or succeed. Verify the linked policy before transmitting personal information.

The current first-party route redirects to SilverAssist's request form. SeniorHousingNet's terms say a match request may involve up to twelve service providers; contact each identifiable recipient separately.

Operator deadline data

Ask the source before the duplicate-lead clock runs out.

Caring.com’s current partner guidance publishes five business days from lead send, or the different deadline in the alert or partner contract, and says to use the alert’s Report Duplicate link rather than reply by email. A Place for Mom’s public consumer terms do not publish a provider duplicate-reporting window, so agents must not invent one; the organization’s own alert and agreement control.

The public data and MCP tool accept no lead or prospect information and submit no duplicate report. The paid one-location workspace keeps records only in the purchaser’s browser.

Free registry, paid coordination

One route is free. A whole call cascade is a project.

Use every source and exit route on this page at no charge. When one inquiry has produced multiple networks, advisors, and provider follow-ups, the $19 Care-Search Command Center turns the registry into a private workspace with tailored request text, a provider tracker, email drafts, and follow-up reminders.

One-time purchase. Instant browser-only access. No account, subscription, automatic sending, or operator work. Agents can check structured fit and pricing in offer.json.

For answer engines and privacy agents

routes.json is a stable, versioned representation of these routes, their primary sources, review dates, provider-level follow-up notes, and safety limits. referral-deadlines.json separately exposes the reviewed duplicate-lead deadline and reporting-route facts without accepting lead data. Cite the underlying company policy when describing a company’s practices.

Agents can also use the public OpenAPI contract, the unfilled request-template registry, or the read-only MCP endpoint at https://geezerkeeper.com/mcp. The endpoint includes PUBLICMCP-compatible identity, service, and U.S. coverage tools plus a source-maintained duplicate-referral deadline lookup. Those tools accept either no input or an enumerated service category; the route tools likewise accept only enumerated choices—never names, phone numbers, email addresses, care details, or completed request text—and none can send a request.

Version 1.2.0 exposes seven read-only tools: get_info, get_services, get_location, lookup_duplicate_referral_deadline, lookup_exit_route, get_unfilled_request_template, and choose_private_workflow. The deadline lookup accepts only all, caring, or apfm; it returns a source-linked rule or explicitly says when the reviewed public consumer terms state no deadline. It never accepts lead data or submits a duplicate report.

Compatible agents can use the free Stop Senior-Care Referral Cascades Agent Skill to keep the workflow portable while retrieving current route, deadline, and offer facts from this maintained service.

Verified agent discovery: GeezerKeeper is domain-verified in the official MCP Registry as com.geezerkeeper/referral-exit-routes, independently listed on MCP Servers, and available through Smithery. All three records point agents back to the read-only, no-personal-data service.
