## 📈 Yahoo Finance MCP Server — AI Stock Quotes & Comparison
Model Context Protocol server that gives Claude, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible AI agent live Yahoo Finance stock quotes — single-ticker, multi-ticker, and side-by-side comparison — through natural-language tool calls, no API integration code required.
### Tools Exposed via MCP
This server exposes exactly **3 tools**:
- `get_stock_quote(ticker)` — current quote for one ticker. Returns price, change, volume, market cap, and P/E ratio.
- `get_multiple_quotes(tickers)` — current quotes for a list of tickers in one call.
- `compare_stocks(tickers)` — compare multiple tickers side by side on the same key metrics.
All three tools are backed by the Yahoo Finance scraper and return quote-level data per ticker.
