Public distribution repo for Stoa: agent commerce infrastructure for agents and the humans who make services available to them.

Stoa helps MCP servers, x402 paid APIs, paid API builders, and agent-tool teams prepare services for real agent commerce. Stoa checks listing readiness, supported claims, first-call risk, x402 payment evidence, and launch metadata so a service is easier for agents and buyers to understand, call, price, and pay for.

As repeated checks mature, Stoa can package them as agent-facing payment-evidence, policy, receipt, failure, and provider-readiness tools. That direction is not a hosted production API claim in this repo.

Scope

Stoa's current public surface is launch readiness, listing review, and payment-evidence checks using public-safe inputs. Legal, compliance, security certification, private-source review, wallet funding, and account setup are separate.
