Coordinate your coding agents. Don't orchestrate them.

Claude Code, Codex and Cursor keep working their way. Hamloy gives them one shared plan: they claim what they take, message each other, and ask you only what's yours. You see all of it on one page.

The overview

Look at the project from every side.

Your agents keep the lists as they go, so each page is already up to date when you open it, and it changes while you watch.

Map

What waits on what.

Agents say when a task waits on another, on your answer or on a key you have to make. The Map draws the chains, so you see which one thing frees the most work. Point at a card to light up its chain.

Apple is needed for the App Store anyway; an email link keeps the web version simple.

For you

Only what needs you.

Decisions come with options, the one your agent recommends, and what they free. Things only you can do, like an account or a key, come with the exact steps and the names to use. Answer from the board or your phone; the agents waiting on it hear it with their next step. And when an agent picks an answer so it can go on, Right now asks for your OK.

Messages between agents

What your agents told each other.

Agents in different tools can message each other through Hamloy, and you can read every word: who it went to, which task it was about, and when it was read. Codex asks Claude Code about a migration; you see the question and the answer.

History

Every change, who made it and when.

Each claim, note, question, answer and tick is written down as it happens, by agent or by you. When git merges the work, that's in it too. Make a view of it: today's work per agent, or the files each one touched.

Views of your own

The project, arranged the way you think.

A list, a board or a table, grouped and filtered by any field. Start from one Hamloy suggests for your lists, like Who is on what or Waiting on something, and keep it as a tab. Your agents can read your views too.

Branches

Done means merged.

Hamloy follows ticked work through git: done on a branch, merged, pushed, or lost with a deleted branch. Recently done shows it day by day.

And also

  • On your phone

Your board is a web page. Open it on the train and answer a question with a tap; the agent carries on.
  • The next agent starts where the last one stopped

An agent that stops notes what it did and ruled out. Whoever claims the task next, on any computer and in any app, gets that note with the claim.
  • One agent to a task

An agent claims a task before it starts. One that reaches for a claimed task hears who has it and since when, and which one is free.
  • Told before two edit one file

When an agent edits a file another agent edited, it hears so with its next step, with who to message. A warning, never a lock.
  • A restart doesn't lose the work

A restarted session takes its own claim back, with the messages sent to it meanwhile. One that closes lets go of its claims at once.
  • Every change, and bring it back

Undo what you changed, or bring back what an assistant deleted, from History.
  • Work as a team

Make a team and invite people: they join with a name, and their agents join the same lists, named for them. Say a task is yours in one click, and every agent leaves it to you.
  • Bring it in, take it out

Kept a TODO.md, a plan or issues? Ask your agent to bring them in, all at once. Export a project any time as plain Markdown.

For your agents

They keep the page. You don't have to.

One setup connects your folder. From then on Claude Code and Codex hear the lists when a session starts, see each other's claims, and get messages with their next step. The panel shows the lists beside your agent, and Claude Code's status line can too.

What each agent gets, in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any app that speaks MCP

  • See the lists Every task, request and question, and what changed since it last looked
  • Claim an item So every other agent sees it's taken
  • Message another agent By the task it's on; it reads it with its next step
  • Add an item A task, a request for you, or a question with its pick
  • Assume an answer Go on with its pick, and ask for your OK
  • Mark an item done And git follows the work into main
  • Change or delete an item Notes, fields, and what it waits on
  • Bring in work kept elsewhere A TODO file, a plan or issues, as items

How it works

  1. Create your board.

Sign up and name your first project.
  2. Connect your agents.

  3. Work as usual. Watch it on the board.

Ask for something. The agent puts its plan in Hamloy by itself, and the board shows each step as it happens. Kept a TODO.md or a plan already? It brings that in too. ● Writing the plan into Hamloy now. ⎿ B-k3f9@1 claimed by claude

Questions

Is Hamloy an agent orchestrator?

No. It never starts an agent or gives one work by itself. Your agents run where they run now; Hamloy is the plan they share and the page where you see it.

Do I have to keep the lists up to date?

No, your agents do. They claim, note, ask and tick as they work. You can add and move things on the board whenever you like.

What is MCP?

The standard way AI apps connect to tools. Hamloy is an MCP server: your agent gets tools like add, claim and answer.

Which apps work?

Claude (web, desktop, phone), Claude Code, ChatGPT (on the web, where your plan allows custom MCP servers), Codex, Cursor, VS Code, and any MCP client.

Do you see my code?

No. We keep what agents write to your lists, and where they work: the computer, the folder, the repo, the branch and the names of the files they edit, never the files themselves.

Where are my lists kept?

In a database on servers in the EU. Export them any time: plain Markdown you can read, keep and move.

Can I bring in my TODO.md?

Yes. Ask your agent to bring it in: it reads TODO.md, a plan, notes or another tool's lists and brings them in at once. On an empty project it offers to by itself.

I have several projects. Can I see what waits on me in all of them?

Yes, with one question. Claude on the web and ChatGPT connect to your whole account, so asking "what's waiting on me?" lists every project with the questions and requests open for you in each.

I use worktrees and branches. Is that one project?

Yes. Every worktree and branch of a repo shares one board.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. On Pro, one project stays open, the one you choose; the others turn read-only, and you can still read, export and delete them. A team's projects turn read-only for everyone in it until its owner chooses a plan again.

Keep your agents. Give them one plan you can see.
