Remote MCP server that lets your AI assistant run your hiring directly from chat.

What this server does

Connect your AI (Claude, or any MCP-capable client). You can switch between your accounts and jobs, scan every applicant in the selected account, see who applied and who's strong, read a candidate in full, post and approve jobs, pause them, and email a candidate — all by chatting.

The assistant names the selected account on every answer. Ask it to switch when you want a different account.

How to connect

There is no API key. This server signs you in with OAuth at https://app.bkkstaff.com.

In your client's integrations / MCP settings, add a remote (HTTP) server and paste:

The client opens a one-time sign-in in the browser. Or add it by config file under mcpServers:

Available tools

• Navigation — list_teams, use_team (switch account), list_jobs, use_job
• Reads — scan_applicants (every applicant in the selected account: education, skills, and a roster with name, email, and location), job_stats, review_applicants (strong / possible / weak), search_candidates (keyword match), get_applicant (everything about one person)
• Writes — create_job (structured post; free companies go live after setup, paid companies get a checkout link), approve_job (grant or pay an existing draft), pause_job, resume_job, email_applicant

Authentication

OAuth only. There is no API key to paste. Adding the server opens a sign-in on https://app.bkkstaff.com. You approve access once. Discovery metadata is at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource.

Technical details

• Transport: Streamable HTTP (JSON-RPC 2.0) — POST to start a session
• Auth: OAuth 2.1 + PKCE through https://app.bkkstaff.com
