Send the JSON above. When payment is configured, the API responds with HTTP 402 and a base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header. An x402 v2 client signs the requested Base USDC authorization and retries with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. A successful response includes PAYMENT-RESPONSE.

Payment and retry

Assessment: 0.10 USDC. Credit report, evidence and obligation views: 0.05 USDC. Identity lookup and discovery are free. The payer signs on their side; this service has no custody or payer private key. Use the same signed payment and request to recover a delivered result. A different request needs a new authorization; never retry an uncertain settlement with a fresh payment until it is reconciled.

Response

The response has report, proposed_exposure and comparison. Inspect the complete historical Phase 1 response (archived example, not live data).

COMPARABLE_HISTORY_OBSERVED	At least one supported episode meets the declared comparison requirements.
PARTIALLY_COMPARABLE_HISTORY	Useful history exists, but some scale or evidence requirements fail.
INSUFFICIENT_COMPARABLE_HISTORY	Available captured history does not establish a qualifying episode.
INSUFFICIENT_COVERAGE	The available sources cannot establish the needed lifecycle.

Identity and evidence

Use a Base address, eip155:8453:0x…, or erc8004:8453:registry:token. Registry ownership adds an attributed link; it does not merge identities or prove agentWallet. Relationships default to UNKNOWN.

Sources are bounded Base RPC/ERC-8004, RSoft borrower evidence and a Morpho event page. Full history, off-chain debt, source finality, signed terms and independent control may remain unknown. A repayment log is not a completed obligation.

Cache and freshness

mode=cached reuses a snapshot under the operator's refresh policy; mode=fresh requests a bounded refresh, with a short anti-abuse coalescing interval. These are retrieval policies, not validity guarantees. Inspect report as_of, per-source retrieval times/coverage and ACB-Evidence-Snapshot.
