Use Yalla Exit with your AI assistant

Find your next unit or manage the one you’re selling, right from a conversation with ChatGPT, Claude or Mistral. Connect your Yalla Exit account to get started.

For buyers

Search published units, compare their details, save your buying requirements and mark units you’re interested in. Your assistant can use the available listing facts to suggest matches.

For sellers

Create and update your own unit drafts, add supporting files, submit for review and follow up on requested changes. Submissions still go through the normal Yalla Exit review.

Connect in a few steps

Paste this URL into your assistant’s remote MCP server URL field. It identifies the service; you still sign in to authorize access.

Sign in to your Yalla Exit account and review access to your identity, published units, buying requirements and interests, and your own unit drafts and submissions. These are customer permissions, not administrator access. Never paste your password or an access token into a conversation.

ChatGPT

1. Open ChatGPT’s plugins

   On ChatGPT’s website, open Plugins, choose +, then Add custom MCP server.

2. Add Yalla Exit

   Enter Yalla Exit as the name and paste the connector URL above. Select OAuth authentication. Leave OAuth client ID and client secret empty so ChatGPT registers automatically; choose DCR if a registration method is requested. Review the displayed warning and choose Create as a plugin.

3. Authorize and start chatting

   Complete the Yalla Exit sign-in and consent flow when prompted. Install the resulting plugin, then type @ in a conversation and select Yalla Exit. Check that buyer and seller tools are available.

Custom MCP setup does not require developer mode. Availability depends on your ChatGPT account and workspace permissions; a workspace administrator may need to allow custom plugins.

Claude

1. Open Claude’s connectors

   In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.

2. Add Yalla Exit

   Choose + → Add custom connector. Use Yalla Exit as the name and paste the connector URL above, then choose Add. Leave advanced OAuth client fields empty.

3. Connect your account

   Choose Connect if prompted and complete the Yalla Exit sign-in and consent flow.

4. Start a conversation

   In a new chat, open + → Connectors and enable Yalla Exit. Check that Mark interest and the seller tools appear in the connector’s tool permissions, then tell Claude what you want to do.

A workspace owner first adds the web connector under Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Each member then connects their own Yalla Exit account under Customize → Connectors.

Mistral

1. Open Mistral’s connectors

   In Mistral, open Connectors → + Add Connector → Custom MCP Connector.

2. Add YallaExit

   Use YallaExit as the connector name (without spaces), paste the connector URL above, and optionally add a description. Choose Connect; Mistral detects OAuth automatically.

3. Authorize and start chatting

   Complete the Yalla Exit sign-in and consent flow, then select the connector in your conversation. Review its Functions permissions and keep write actions subject to your approval.

Adding a custom connector requires a Mistral workspace administrator. On personal plans, the account owner is the administrator. Each member authorizes their own Yalla Exit account.

Buyer example

Seller example

Help me add my unit to Yalla Exit. Ask me for the missing details and show me the draft before submitting it.

You stay in control

Your assistant works within the permissions you approve and can manage only your own account records. Review the details before confirming a submission or an expression of interest. Before recording interest, your assistant should show the applicable success fee and ask for your acceptance.

Adding photos and documents

If your assistant cannot upload your original files, use the secure Yalla Exit editor link it provides. Upload through your account, then ask your assistant to read the updated unit before continuing.

Need help connecting?

If you see invalid_scope (including openid) or only search tools, remove the old Yalla Exit connector and add it again using this URL, leaving OAuth client ID and secret fields empty. Sign in and approve the requested permissions. Refreshing an old connection alone may retain its limited permissions. If custom connectors are missing, check your assistant’s account and workspace settings.
