Posting is on every plan. Posting every day by itself (Autopilot) is on Starter. Emails send once your sending email is connected. AI calls are switched on for your account when you ask, ring from your own Twilio number, and only reach people who agreed to calls.

Before you connect

Is it free?

Yes, on both sides. Mentorship Boss Free costs nothing and needs no card: 250 leads, 1 live automation, 1 landing page and 150 credits a month for videos and AI, plus 250 when you sign up. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector, so this has to be your only one, or use Claude Pro. ChatGPT's free plan works too (tap Connect, then ChatGPT, to see how).

Do I need an account first?

No. When you connect, your assistant opens our sign-in page. Choose Create a free account, type your email and a password, then the 6-digit code we email you. One more tap takes you back to the chat, connected, on the Free plan, and the page tells you what to say first.

Does it work in ChatGPT?

Yes, on ChatGPT's free plan too. You add it once in a browser, on your computer or your phone, not in the ChatGPT app. After that it works in the ChatGPT phone app as well. In ChatGPT you can drop a JPEG photo or a short MP4/MOV video into the chat and say "post this Tuesday at 9am": each file up to 50 MB, up to ten for a carousel. ChatGPT also asks you to confirm each change.

What is a connector, and what is MCP?

A connector is an add-on that lets your assistant work in another app when you ask. Mentorship Boss's connector is a remote MCP server (Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI applications to other systems). It reaches only the account you sign in with.

Can it post or send anything without me?

Only what you've said yes to. New and edited follow-ups and DM rules come back as a preview, and nothing is saved until you say yes; the approval expires after 15 minutes. Once a rule or follow-up is on, it sends by itself, which is the point of it. Posting, booking a call, replying to a DM, pausing or deleting a rule happen when you ask, and posting is immediate and public, so your assistant shows you a video before it posts it. Two things act on their own only if you switch them on in the dashboard: Autopilot, which posts every day (Starter and Growth), and the AI setter, which answers DMs once you let it stop drafting (Growth).

What does my plan change?

Free: Instagram posting, comment-to-DM (1 live at once), follow-ups, motion videos, 250 leads, 150 credits a month, and your assistant writes the words at no extra cost. Starter ($97): Autopilot posts every day by itself, Facebook posting, the content review, voice notes in DMs, AI phone calls, 3,000 credits a month. Growth ($697): the AI appointment setter that answers your DMs and books the call, 12,000 credits a month, and a weekly hour with George.

A remote MCP server (the Model Context Protocol, an open standard Anthropic published in 2024) at https://mcp.mentorshipboss.com, streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 sign-in with your Mentorship Boss login. A session reaches only the signed-in account.

Reads: leads and conversations, follow-ups and sending hours, comment-to-DM automations and their results, the content calendar, bookings and open times, recordings and scripts, your plan and usage.

Changes in two steps (a plan you see, then an apply with a single-use token that lasts 15 minutes): follow-ups, sending hours, DM automations, the business profile, CRM leads, and an AI phone call (planned with every check shown, placed only on your yes). Changes in one step, when asked: posting and scheduling, bookings, DM replies, pausing or deleting a rule, rendering a video. Publishing is immediate and has no undo.

Plan limits apply exactly as in the dashboard. Switching Autopilot on or off, connecting YouTube or Google Calendar, and a non-Gmail sending email stay in the dashboard. 120 requests a minute per login. Claude shows it as a custom connector; it is not listed in Anthropic’s directory yet.
