1. Prepare a document

   Start with a template or your own text. Accept, edit or reject the assistant's suggestions.

2. Manage a case

   Keep documents and deadlines with the case. Assign an owner and set access permissions.

3. Check content and sources

   Compare versions, assess risk and check the sources behind the findings.

4. Add team policies

   Add your team's policies and templates. Review exceptions and decide what to change.

5. Review and send for signature

   A 'changes required' review blocks sending until the comments are addressed and a new review is saved.

6. Keep the history

   Use the report to check that the PDF matches the saved version and that the event history is consistent.
