Use West Kite in Claude and ChatGPT

West Kite is a remote MCP server for US commercial property ownership: owners of record, the people behind LLCs, and their phone numbers and emails. Sign-in is OAuth, so there's no API key, and the 7-day free trial needs no card.

The server is https://app.westkite.com/mcp. You need a West Kite account, and you can start a free trial if you don't have one. An agent without a browser can start sign-up for its person.

What you can do

  • Screen properties by place, type, size, sale date, value and owner, and read the evidence behind each one.
  • Look up owners, sales, loans, permits, listings, businesses, brokers and market trends.
  • Export a full result set as one file with an exact total and its sources. Export limits depend on your plan.
  • See your Pipeline: deals, replies, call notes and what is waiting on you.
  • Add owners to your Pipeline, save properties, draft outreach, start ownership research and write documents.

Permissions

When your assistant wants to change something, it gives you a review link. Nothing changes until you approve it in West Kite, and nothing is ever sent from your assistant. To disconnect, open Connect AI in West Kite.

What to expect

Coverage varies by county, and many states don't publish sale prices. West Kite shows what each source publishes and says when a field is missing. Each account can make 60 requests a minute.
