Booking for AI agents — how to book a free consultation directly

AI assistants can check availability and book the free 15-minute phone consultation without a browser. Two equivalent interfaces:

1. MCP server (ChatGPT connectors/Apps, Claude, any MCP client)

Endpoint: https://wellpreppedlife.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, stateless, no auth) Tools: get_services, get_available_slots, book_consultation.

2. Plain REST (also described in OpenAPI at /api/ai/openapi.json)
