Weir MCP server — Reddit and X (Twitter) data for AI agents
Weir is a remote MCP server that gives Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex and any other MCP client read-only access to public Reddit and X (Twitter) data: search, posts, comment threads, profiles, followers, Lists, Spaces and long-form X Articles, plus monitors that report what is new.

Streamable HTTP. Clients sign in with OAuth on first use, so there is no key to paste; headless runs can send an API key as a bearer token instead. No Reddit or X account or API key is needed.
- Website: https://weirapp.io
- Docs: https://docs.weirapp.io/mcp
- Official MCP Registry:
io.weirapp/weir - Pricing: 5,000 free credits every month, then prepaid credits; failed calls are free.
This repository holds ready-made client configurations. The server itself is hosted; there is nothing to install or run.
