Shop status Published by you, no monitor addresses shown

  1. Add a URL to monitor and choose the checks to run.
  2. StatusNow checks it on a schedule: HTTP, SSL certificate, domain, ping and TCP port.
  3. See live status for every monitor on one dashboard.
  4. Get an email when something breaks, and another when it recovers.
  5. Verify you own a site, then scan it for known vulnerabilities with Nuclei and get findings ranked by risk.
  6. Publish a status page so your customers see what is happening, with incidents you write yourself.
  7. Send errors from your own software with one Sentry-compatible call; similar events are grouped, with stack traces.
  8. Keep versioned PowerShell runbooks: publish, roll back, and download with a hash check. You run them; StatusNow never does.

Everything you need to keep a site healthy

Five tools that work together, so an alert, a finding and a fix live in the same place.

Monitoring

Watch websites, servers and certificates, and hear about problems first.

  • Uptime, HTTP status codes, ping and TCP port checks
  • SSL certificate and domain expiry warnings
  • Push monitors for jobs and apps behind a firewall
  • Alerts to email, Slack and webhooks

Vulnerability scanning

Scan the sites you own for known vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.

  • Ownership is verified before anything is scanned
  • On demand or on a schedule, with alerts on new findings
  • Actively exploited issues (CISA KEV) are ranked first
  • A grouped fix plan instead of a flat list

Runbooks

Versioned PowerShell scripts and baselines for setting up servers.

  • Draft, publish and roll back with full history
  • Hash-checked downloads
  • You review and run them; we never execute anything

Status pages

Tell your customers what's happening, without exposing your setup.

  • Pick the monitors to show, with 90-day uptime
  • Incidents, maintenance windows and RSS
  • Monitor names and addresses stay private

Application logs

Send errors and events from your own software and search them.

  • Sentry-compatible ingest with one HTTP call
  • Similar events grouped, with stack traces
  • An audit log of who changed what

Ask your AI about your monitoring

StatusNow has an MCP server, so Claude Code and other MCP clients can look at your monitors, alerts, scans and logs and help you act on them.

Connect in a minute

Add the server by URL and sign in, or use an API key.

  • One endpoint: https://statusnow.dev/mcp
  • Sign in with your StatusNow account through OAuth
  • Access follows your role and your account only
  • Included on the free plan

Careful by design

Your AI can help, but it cannot change much.

  • Read monitors, alerts, scan findings, logs and status pages
  • Pause or resume a monitor, acknowledge or close an alert
  • Runbooks and baselines are saved as drafts only; you publish them
  • Nothing is ever run on your servers

Start free. Add capacity when you need it.

No plans and no per-seat fees. Every account gets every feature; you only pay for more room.

Example: 30 monitors, 20 scan targets and 6 status pages is 2 monitor packs ($20) + 1 scan pack ($25) + 1 status page pack ($5) = $50 / month. Packs are charged straight away for the rest of the month, and you can reduce or cancel any time.

Questions

Is the free account really free?

Yes. Every account includes 10 monitors, 10 scan targets, one published status page and unlimited users, with every feature switched on. No credit card is needed.

Can I scan any website?

Only sites you own. Before a scan can run you prove ownership of the host with a DNS record or a file on the site. Scans are limited to known vulnerabilities and never run destructive tests.

Does StatusNow run my runbooks?

No. It stores, versions and checks them. A person downloads a published version, verifies its hash, reads it and runs it on their own server.

Can I add or remove capacity later?

Yes. Add packs at any time and you're charged straight away for the rest of the billing period. Remove packs whenever your usage fits the smaller size; removed packs stop at once, without a credit.
