In France it goes deep: building energy and DPE status, natural and technological risk exposure (flood, seismic, clay, radon), recent sold comparables, and neighbourhood signals such as noise, air and water quality — all grounded in official French public data (BDNB, GeoRisques, DVF). Outside France, tools clearly report that the area is out of coverage rather than guessing, and more markets will follow.
