What it does

ScopeLinq is an MCP server with two tools.

  • draft_scope_record — Reads a proposal, quote, estimate, contract, or email thread and returns the terms it actually states, each traced to the words it came from.
  • check_scope_change — Answers whether a new request is Included, Additional work, or Needs clarification, citing one of the confirmed lines.

How to connect

  • Endpoint: https://mcp.scopelinq.com/mcp — Streamable HTTP, no sign-in, free.
  • Official MCP Registry name: com.scopelinq/scopelinq, listed in the MCP Registry.
  • It works in Claude — add it as a custom connector (see /claude).
  • It is also available in ChatGPT.

The rule

A verdict cites only lines the person confirmed. The document itself is never passed to the check: check_scope_change has no field for it.

Limits

  • Text up to 12,000 characters per draft_scope_record call.
  • Up to 40 confirmed lines per check_scope_change call.
  • Free calls have a daily cap. When it is reached, the tool says so: “ScopeLinq’s free checks are paused for today. Try again tomorrow, or use https://scopelinq.com/check.”
  • Pasted text is deleted within 24 hours. See the privacy policy.

What it is not

Not a contract, not legal advice, not a signature. See the terms.

The two-party confirmed record lives at scopelinq.com.
