SCDO Agent Ledger (SCDO x402)

Ledger service for AI agents. Each bot gets its own SCDO x402 wallet (USDC on Base), pays or earns 0.01 USDC per call, writes signed work rows to the public SCDO Agent Ledger, and gets an ERC-8004 identity. One line: uvx scdo-agent-mcp.

Each agent gets a local key (mode 0600, never printed or sent), a signed Agent Ledger registration and its own Base USDC x402 wallet. Supported CPUs: amd64 and arm64.
