Usage & billing details
URL counting. You pay for the old page URLs you want to redirect. Each pay-as-you-go purchase covers one fixed pair of old and new URL lists. Changed lists need a new purchase. New page URLs cost nothing extra.
Payments. Usage totals round up to the next whole dollar. Separate pay-as-you-go purchases have a $10 minimum. If you need more URLs than your monthly plan includes, approve the extra cost first. Extra URLs cost $0.02 each, billed together and rounded up once per month, with no minimum. Prices are in USD, before tax.
Included work. We suggest where each old page should send visitors. You can ask for updated suggestions twice within 30 days, even if your subscription renews or you cancel. Editing or downloading redirects does not use up these attempts.
Monthly plans and trial. Try one website move with up to 500 old URLs free. For paid jobs, every old URL counts toward the price or your plan. Unused monthly URLs do not carry over. Cancel anytime.

What does my agent need to get started?
An old URL list and a new URL list. Your agent imports both lists. A few redirects you already know are correct can help the matcher recognize your site’s patterns.
How are uncertain matches handled?
RedirX proposes destinations; proposals stay in review until explicitly confirmed. Your agent can inspect alternatives, ask for a decision, and use confirmed examples in another bounded pass over unresolved URLs. An uncertain match is never evidence that a page should be deleted.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Your first migration includes up to 500 old URLs, with no card required. Paid migrations start at $10. Studio is $79 per month for 5,000 old URLs; Agency is $199 per month for 15,000. You approve any extra usage before it runs.
Can I correct a mapping?
Yes. Confirm or replace the proposed destination, then ask your agent to refine the remaining matches. Confirmed mappings stay separate from model guesses, so an unreviewed proposal never becomes a trusted example.
What can I export?
Your agent exports the approved redirect map in the supported format for your site. Unresolved rows stay out of a partial export. Installing the file is a separate action that needs your approval; an exported file is not proof that redirects are live.
