PedalBro in your AI assistant

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant about guitar pedals and have it answer from PedalBro's data: current prices, specs, power draw, review scores and buying guides. It is free and needs no account.

Connect it

The server address is https://api.pedalbro.com/mcp. It is a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with no sign-in.

• Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste the address. Or find PedalBro in the connector directory once it is listed there.
• ChatGPT: add the address as a custom app or connector in developer mode, or find PedalBro in the apps directory once it is listed there.
• Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http pedalbro https://api.pedalbro.com/mcp
• Cursor, VS Code and others: add a remote (HTTP) MCP server with the address above.

• “What's a good used price for a Strymon Timeline right now?”
• “Compare the Boss SD-1, Ibanez TS9 and Fulltone OCD.”
• “I have a TU-3, a TS9, a Carbon Copy and a BigSky on a 500 mA supply. What order, and is the power enough?”
• “Best analog delay under $200?”

• search_pedals Find pedals by brand, model, nickname or type, optionally only those under a price.
• get_pedal One pedal: specs, power needs, summary, PedalBro score, review ratings, what players say, new and used prices with buy links.
• compare_pedals Two to five pedals side by side.
• get_price_history How new and used prices have moved over the last 90 days, plus recent used sales.
• check_board A suggested signal-chain order for a set of pedals, and their total power draw against your supply.
• list_guides / get_guide PedalBro's buying guides and their picks.

Every tool only reads. None of them changes anything or needs an account. Prices are in US dollars, with the date they were checked.
