Paidnice
officialRun accounts receivable from your AI assistant. Paidnice is building the MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT and any agent chase overdue invoices on Xero, QuickBooks Online and other accounting ledgers from one chat: send reminders and statements, record promises and disputes, set up payment plans, work escalations, forecast cash and see every client together. Available today: read customer email and SMS replies, check contacts and invoices, and update contact people in your ledger.
What can you do with Paidnice MCP?
- Triage customer replies by balance — Ask your assistant to sort new emails and texts into promises, questions, and disputes, ranked by what each customer owes.
- Verify "we already paid" claims — Have your assistant check Xero or QuickBooks for a customer's payment on an invoice or as an unreconciled deposit.
- Brief yourself before a call — Get a customer's last reply, contact person, texting availability, and outstanding balance in one summary.
- Keep contacts current automatically — Ask your assistant to pick up new names from cc lines and out-of-office replies, then sync updates to Xero or QuickBooks.
- Draft client updates — Generate a note summarizing what a client's customers said this week and who needs a follow-up call.

The receivables layer of your AI stack
Xero or QuickBooks holds the ledger. Paidnice holds what happens after the invoice goes out, and your assistant reads both.
Paidnice shares each customer’s Xero or QuickBooks ID, so your assistant matches every reply to the right account. One prompt can check payments in Xero, read replies in Paidnice, draft answers in Gmail and post the list in Slack.

MCP server questions
What can my assistant do today? It can read customer emails and texts, a contact and their people, an invoice and your organization, and it can update the people on a contact. It finds a customer through their replies, or from a Paidnice ID you paste. With a Xero or QuickBooks connector in the same chat, it can match each reply to the customer’s balance and payments, because Paidnice shares each customer’s Xero or QuickBooks ID.
What does In beta mean? We are testing these tools with customers now: one chat across every organization, month-end client packs, cash forecasts, ledger questions, an approval queue, reminders and statements, call logs, promises and disputes, policies by chat, payment plans and escalations. Join the beta with your work email.
I manage many organizations. How does that work? Today each connection reaches one Paidnice organization, so you add one connection per client. One chat across every organization you manage is in beta.
Can my assistant email or text my customers? Not through Paidnice today. It reads replies and updates the people on a contact. Sending reminders and statements from Paidnice is in beta, with your approval before anything goes out.
Can I give my assistant read-only access? Yes. When you connect, you choose Read, or Read and Write.
How do I disconnect an assistant? Open Settings, then Advanced, then API & MCP. Every connection shows there with its source and access. Revoke it there to remove the assistant’s access.
Which AI tools does it work with? Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and any other agent that accepts a remote MCP server as a custom connector. Add https://api.paidnice.com/mcp and sign in to Paidnice.
Does it work with Xero and QuickBooks? Yes. Paidnice runs on Xero and QuickBooks Online, and the MCP server reads what Paidnice holds for that organization. If your assistant has a Xero or QuickBooks connector, it can use it in the same chat, alongside Gmail, Outlook or Slack connectors. Intuit’s QuickBooks connector is US only for now, so check what your assistant supports in your region.
Which plans include the MCP server? The Pro and Custom plans, along with the public API. See pricing.
Is there a REST API as well? Yes. The Paidnice public API uses bearer tokens with read and write scopes, and allows 120 requests a minute for each token. The reference is at docs.paidnice.com.
