The 10 tools

ToolWhat it does
### search_buyersFind companies importing a product (buyers).
### search_suppliersFind companies exporting a product (suppliers).
### get_companyFull company profile: overview, top products (HS code as stored with its digit level, HS6 code and description; a bill with no code finer than a chapter uses its heading inferred from the description, marked hs_basis 'inferred'), purchase rhythm, partners, ports, recent shipments.
### get_tariff_exposureTariff exposure of a company's US imports only: for its top 5 products by shipment count, per HS6 and origin, the US duty layers from the loaded US tariff.
### screen_buyerScreen a company: exact-name sanctions check against the OFAC SDN, EU, UK and UN lists (never a model guess), a score computed from the company's shipment records, and risk signals from an AI model (an estimate). A "clear" sanctions status means no exact-name match on those lists, not a clearance.
### watchAdd a company, an HS code or a tariff line (a destination tariff line plus the origin of the goods, to follow its duty) to YOUR watchlist (max 50 items of all types).
### unwatchRemove a company, HS code or tariff line from YOUR watchlist.
### get_watchlistList YOUR tracked companies/HS codes/tariff lines with current activity.
### lookup_hsLook up HS codes by product description or code prefix.
### export_dataExport search results as CSV.

Response contract

Every result includes citation (the shipment IDs it is based on), freshness (a “data through{month}” stamp), and a confidence score. Unknown values are null — never fabricated zeros: US manifests publish no dollar values, and the API says so instead of inventing numbers.

All response fields, errors and runnable examples: read the agent docs.
