Claude web and Desktop

1. Open Customize → Connectors, then choose Add → Add custom connector.

2. Name it OffWeGoSIM and paste https://offwegosim.com/mcp as the server URL. Continue without signing in, review the tools and add the connector.

3. Enable OffWeGoSIM from the Connectors menu in your conversation. Team accounts may need an owner to add it first.

Find plans for a destination.

country_code is a two-letter ISO country code. All other fields are optional. The default limit is 20; the maximum is 100. Results include plan IDs, coverage, data, validity and prices in USD.

get_plan

Check one plan before recommending it.

Returns the current public details for an eligible plan. A withdrawn or unavailable plan returns an error rather than an old offer.

get_checkout_link

Hand the selected plan to the customer.

Rechecks availability and returns a link with utm_source=mcp. It does not create an order or charge a card. The customer reviews the plan and completes payment on OffWeGoSIM.

Checkout and access

The assistant can recommend a plan and return its checkout link. The customer reviews phone compatibility, price and terms, then completes payment on OffWeGoSIM. This integration cannot access customer records, charge cards or issue eSIMs.

Read-only: no orders, payments, provisioning or customer records. Requests are limited to 60 per minute per IP; respect Retry-After on HTTP 429. Retry HTTP 503 with backoff. Catalogue prices may be cached for 60 seconds and are revalidated at checkout. Server clients can connect directly; browser requests from other origins are rejected.

Troubleshooting

Cannot connect

Use an MCP client that supports remote Streamable HTTP servers. The endpoint is an MCP connection, not a page to open in a browser. It does not require an API key.

No plans returned

Check the country code and try fewer filters. Only currently eligible offers are returned. Data allowances and validity must both meet your minimums.

HTTP 429

The limit is 60 requests per minute per IP address. Wait for the Retry-After interval before trying again.

HTTP 503

The catalogue is temporarily unavailable. Retry with backoff. Do not use an earlier price to promise a purchase.

Browser integration

Direct browser requests from other origins are rejected. Use a server-side MCP client, or the website widget for a browser embed.
