What it does

For a business on NogPets: your day and week, each van's visits in order, clients and their pets, hours, time off, prices, earnings, who hasn't paid, and bookings that come by phone. It asks you before it changes anything, and it never moves money.

For pet businesses anywhere: your assistant registers your business, in your own currency and time zone, and shows what's still missing. We approve it before it goes live.

For pet owners in Stellenbosch: the same tools as our app: prices, areas, open times, your pets and addresses, booking, moving and cancelling. Somewhere we don't go yet? We note the request and a person may follow up.

The first time, it asks you to sign in to NogPets and say yes. You pick what it may do. See or remove it in the app: Profile, then Connected assistants.

It never pays for you. A card booking comes back as a Payfast link you open. Cash needs your yes first.

How to add it

ChatGPT

1. On chatgpt.com (web), open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode. Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education plans have it.
2. Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and press +. Name: NogPets. MCP server URL: https://mcp.nogpets.com/mcp. Authentication: OAuth.
3. Create, then sign in to NogPets and press Allow.
4. In a chat: +, Developer mode, then pick NogPets. ChatGPT asks you before each booking or change.

Claude

1. claude.ai or the Claude app: Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Any plan (Free allows one).
2. Name: NogPets. URL: https://mcp.nogpets.com/mcp. Leave the OAuth fields empty.
3. Add, then Connect. Sign in to NogPets and press Allow.
4. Team and Enterprise: an owner adds it once under Organization settings, then Connectors.

Register and manage your pet business with ChatGPT or Claude, from anywhere

Run a grooming, walking or sitting business, in any country? Connect the server as above, then say what's below. The assistant asks for your details and country, services and prices in your currency, area (a radius around your town, or suburbs and postal codes), vans, groomers and hours in your time zone. In South Africa it can add your Payfast merchant id (never your key or passphrase); elsewhere it notes how you'd like to be paid, never your bank details. It shows you a summary and sends it only when you say yes. We review every application and email you the answer, usually within two working days.

1. Your business: name, contact, phone, email, country, town, mobile or salon. Currency and time zone follow your country.
2. Services and prices, in your currency: yours, or start from the NogPets menu and set your prices.
3. Where you work: a radius such as 25 km around your town, or suburbs with postal codes.
4. Vans (or walkers and sitters) and your operating hours.
5. Groomers and managers, and the van each groomer works.
6. Getting paid: in South Africa, only your Payfast merchant id. Elsewhere, just how you'd like to be paid; we sort it out after approval.
7. Check the summary and say yes. Nothing is public until we approve it.
