LotsCRM

The CRM your AI agent keeps up to date: contacts, companies, deals, pipelines and follow-ups.

Hosted MCP Server

Installs into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and more

Documentation

Connect your AI agent to LotsCRM.

Give Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or another compatible agent access to your contacts, deals and follow-ups through MCP. Use the REST API for your own integrations. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.

MCP server URL

https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp

Remote MCP with OAuth: sign in with your Lots account, no key needed.

What your agent can do

Your agent adds leads, logs every conversation, moves deals and lines up follow-ups. Ask in plain words:

“Add these 20 people from today's event and tag them 'Oct meetup'.”

“Log my call with Priya and move her deal to Proposal.”

“What follow-ups are due today?”

Reads before it acts

Agents start with the CRM briefing: your workspace, your role, the pipeline and what needs attention.

Records, never sends

LotsCRM is the record of your sales work. Your agent sends messages with the tools you already use and logs each one here. Opted-out and do-not-contact records are blocked from drafting.

Every change in your dashboard

See the same records in contacts, pipeline and the Today view. Your agent works within your workspace role.

Set up your agent

Works in any agent that supports remote MCP. The server URL is https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp.

Claude (claude.ai and desktop)

  1. Open Customize, then Connectors. Select + Add, then Add custom connector.
  2. Name it LotsCRM, paste the MCP URL and select Add.
    https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp

  3. Select Connect and sign in with your Lots account.
  4. In a chat, turn LotsCRM on from the + menu under Connectors.

Team and Enterprise: an owner adds it once under Organization settings, then Connectors (Add, Custom, Web). Members then connect it from Customize, then Connectors.

ChatGPT

  1. Turn on developer mode: ChatGPT Settings > Security and login (on Business, Enterprise or Edu: Settings > Apps > Advanced settings). On Business, only admins and owners can turn it on.
  2. Go to Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server. Name it LotsCRM, enter the server URL, choose OAuth, confirm the warning, then Create.
    https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp

  3. Install it and sign in with your Lots account, then in a new chat select it from + > More and ask.

Works on ChatGPT plans that support custom MCP servers (developer mode). OpenAI offers full MCP, read and write, on Business, Enterprise and Edu; other plans may be limited to read-only tools. Workspace admins can also add it under Workspace settings > Apps > Create.

Claude Code

  1. Add the server:
    claude mcp add --transport http lots-crm https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp

  2. Start Claude Code and run /mcp. Select lots-crm, choose Authenticate and allow access in the browser.

Codex CLI

  1. Add the server:
    codex mcp add lots-crm --url https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp

  2. Sign in, then finish in the browser:
    codex mcp login lots-crm

  3. Check it is connected:
    codex mcp list

Cursor

  1. Add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or the project's.cursor/mcp.json):
    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "lots-crm": {
          "url": "https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp"
        }
      }
    }

  2. Cursor asks you to sign in with your Lots account the first time it connects.

Other agents that support remote MCP: add the same URL as a remote (HTTP) server and sign in.

Cloud agents without MCP

  1. Create an API key at www.lotstech.com/api and store it in the agent's secrets.
  2. Give the agent the skill at https://lotscrm.com/skill.md and the agent docs at https://api.lotscrm.com/docs.md.
  3. It calls the REST API with Authorization: Bearer <key>.

39 tools on the MCP server
