The problem with generic plans

Most training plans are written for someone else

  • You finish the week unsure whether you did too much or too little.
  • A template program ignores your schedule, your equipment, and your runs and rides.
  • Every new chat with an AI starts from zero.
  • Your weights stay the same until you remember to change them.

Your training should start from your own numbers.
