How it works

Install the skill

Two commands in Claude Code install it as a plugin — or add one small file to claude.ai or any agent that reads skills. No account needed for this part.

Ask for a session

Say “make me a hypnosis session based on what you know about me.” Your assistant distills your goals into a short brief and shows it to you for approval.

Approve and listen

With a connected account, your assistant creates the script, lets you pick a voice, and renders the audio right in the conversation. Without one, the approved brief opens here to finish. Check your credit balance before creating.

Your conversations stay with your assistant

• The skill never sends chat logs anywhere. It distills a short, anonymous brief — no names, no quotes, no identifying details.
• Your assistant shows you the brief and waits for your approval before anything is built.
• The brief travels in the link's fragment, which browsers don't send to servers — Hypnothera only receives it when you press create.

claude.ai & ChatGPT — connect directly

On claude.ai: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL, and sign in with your Hypnothera account. In ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode, then add the same URL. Your assistant can then check your credits, find ready-made sessions, create and render new ones, and continue journeys right in the conversation.

Hypnothera is also listed in the official MCP registry — in VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and other MCP-aware tools, search for hypnothera.
