Factori MCP Server

Talk to the real world with
Factori MCP - ask about people, places, movement and markets, in just plain English. We built the first MCP server for real-world data, so any AI agent can now query the physical world the way it queries the internet.

Documentation

The Factori MCP (Model Context Protocol) server connects your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini or any other MCP-compatible client) directly to your Factori workspace, giving it live access to real-world data across places, people, movement and markets in 229 countries.

The problem it solves

Large language models can reason over the internet but they cannot see the physical world, questions about foot traffic, nearby demographics or competitor density require live, structured data that LLMs simply do not have.

Until now, answering these meant stitching together multiple vendors, building custom pipelines and waiting on analysts.

What changes with Factori MCP

Now, you can just ask your AI assistant:

  • Which neighborhoods in my (city) show the highest foot traffic for (retail_category) stores, and how does competitor density vary across these zones?
  • "As a Category Buyer evaluating two candidate locations (address_A) and (address_B) just 2 miles apart: Calculate trade area overlap, expected customer cannibalization rate, and net new customer capture to determine if both sites justify development.”
  • "Working as a VP of Real Estate for a pharmacy chain: Project which neighborhoods will see patient visit demand growth based on population aging trends and healthcare facility density changes over next 24 months."

and get structured, data-backed answers in seconds.

Factori MCP powers the data layer behind the scenes, connecting your AI to the Real World Graph so it can query the physical world as easily as it queries the internet.
