MCP setup: start by copying the prompt
Give the setup prompt to your agent. Connection tests and compatibility settings stay out of the initial setup flow.
Connect remote MCP with one URL
After you log in, this page generates a short-lived, one-time connection token instead of putting the default API key in the URL.Anonymous visitors see only a safe URL template, preventing credential exposure.
Log in to the console and refresh this page to get your personal connection link. Rotate credential now →
Setup prompt · paste directly to your agent
Connect claudebaby MCP to the current client using remote Streamable HTTP first; this route requires no local installation. If the client does not support remote MCP, use the local stdio installation instructions below.
My API key: <paste your API key>
First read https://claudebaby.cn/.well-known/mcp.json, then configure the aggregate Streamable HTTP endpoint (https://claudebaby.cn/mcp).
The aggregate endpoint exposes business and all live platform tools through one MCP connection. Use an individual platform endpoint only for troubleshooting.
Use the Authorization header with the value Bearer <my API key>. Then call tools/list to verify the connection and tell me whether it succeeded. If this client does not support remote MCP, explain how to use the local stdio fallback.

Workflow
Install the ClaudeBaby Skill
Install the standard SKILL.md so the agent follows a consistent research, comparison, and citation workflow. The Skill stores no key and works as a standalone install.

Live data
Connect ClaudeBaby MCP
Connect the remote Streamable HTTP aggregate endpoint. Pass the key only through an environment variable or the Authorization header.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http claudebaby https://claudebaby.cn/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer $CB_KEY"
See Advanced / compatibility options below for other clients.
Copy the Prompt with your key
Give this directly to an agent without learning the configuration format. The visible preview is always masked; the complete key exists only in the copied value.

Clients with remote MCP support can configure the aggregate router directly; platform-level URLs remain available for advanced use.
Neither option exposes upstream data-source keys; the only difference is whether discovery and forwarding go through the local aggregate router.

Platform MCP endpoints (compatibility)
The hostname and /mcp/ prefix are shared; only the final segment is the platform name. Use https://claudebaby.cn/mcp/<platform> and replace the placeholder with a live platform slug. If you use your own reverse-proxy domain, replace the URL segment by segment.
The host and path prefix are shared; the platform name is the only variable. Choose the matching URL for a remote client that uses one platform. For multiple platforms, use the aggregate router above instead of configuring each platform separately.

Machine-readable entry points
The pages above are for people; this group is for agents. All four setup methods above derive from these endpoints.
| Entry point | Content | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| /.well-known/mcp.json | Platform catalog + MCP endpoint for each platform | Discover and mount automatically |
| /openapi.json | Data-plane OpenAPI 3.1 + error-code catalog | Generate clients / validate the contract |

Data plane
MCP and REST are two interfaces to the same tools; either one uses the same schema.
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| REST data access | POST https://claudebaby.cn/v1/{domain}/{platform}/tools/{tool} |
| REST endpoint catalog | https://claudebaby.cn/v1/{domain}/{platform}/tools |

| MCP(SSE) | https://claudebaby.cn/sse/{platform} |
| MCP(stdio) | Local bridge: claudebaby-mcp |
| Request correlation | Every response includes X-Request-Id |
| envelope | MCP structuredContent matches the REST response byte for byte |

Account self-check
| API | Returns |
|---|---|
| GET /api/me | Account · plan · current-period quota · balance · balance level |
| GET /api/usage?groupBy=platform|day|endpoint | Calls · credits · success / failure rate |
These APIs also use API-key authentication. Balance, quota, and failure rate are fully visible to customers—this is a product commitment, not a best-effort feature.
§08
Error codes
