Does my SAP data leave my network?

No. The agent runs inside your network and reads SAP Business One locally. Only metadata (table names, row counts, query duration) reaches the control plane. The actual rows Claude shows you are fetched directly by the agent and streamed through its authenticated MCP connection.

How long does installation take?

About three minutes for most customers. Download the signed Windows installer, run it with a read-only SQL user, paste your pairing code and you are live. No firewall tickets required because the agent only makes outbound HTTPS connections.

What SQL Server permissions does the agent need?

A SQL user with SELECT on the SAP B1 tables you want to expose — nothing more. We recommend creating a new user (not 'sa') with least-privilege. The agent never requests INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE.

Can Claude modify my SAP database?

No. The agent's tools are read-only — they run SELECT exclusively. Even if you ask Claude to "create a sales order", the operation won't execute. It's enforced server-side, not client-trusted.

Is it available in Spanish?

Yes. The whole app, emails, and documentation are bilingual (Spanish and English). Detection is automatic (cookie → browser language → IP) and you can toggle manually with a switcher in the dashboard.

Do you support SAP HANA?

Today we support SAP Business One on SQL Server. HANA is on the roadmap. If you are on HANA and want to be in the early access cohort, reach out and we will keep you posted.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. The agent stops serving queries within a heartbeat cycle once the subscription is marked inactive. Your data never touched our infrastructure, so nothing has to be deleted on our side.

Can I have multiple agents?

Yes. Pro includes up to three agents, Enterprise is unlimited. Useful if you run multiple SAP company databases, separate production and test instances, or want a warm standby.

Is SSO available?

SSO via SAML and OIDC is available on the Enterprise plan. Starter and Pro use email and password with optional 2FA.
