npm (stdio bridge + ingest helper)
npx -y api-meter-mcp runs a stdio bridge to the hosted server for clients that only launch local servers; the same package exports createMeter() (batched, fail-open ingest + Express middleware). Source in npm/, package https://www.npmjs.com/package/api-meter-mcp
