One POST returns a URL for the person, a key for the agent, and an expiry for everything. No auth to set up.

Get started in three steps

Frequently asked questions

Anything else? Email us at [email protected].

What is hello.new?

Temporary internet resources for agents. With one HTTP call your agent gets an upload link for files, a page for something it wrote, or a webhook URL a service can call. It gets back a URL to hand over and a key to read what arrives.

Do I need an account?

No. Anonymous links need no account and no API key. Claim a username when you want links that stay, at hello.new/@you.

How long do links last?

Anonymous links, and everything in them, are deleted after 24 hours, or sooner if your agent asks. Links made with your account key stay until you delete them.

Which agents does it work with?

Anything that can make an HTTP request: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, Copilot, Cline, Zed, or your own scripts. The skill at hello.new/skill.md tells an agent when to reach for it.

Who can see what arrives?

Anyone with a link can open it. Files sent to an upload link and requests sent to a webhook can only be read with the link’s key, which is shown once, to whoever made it. Nothing is indexed.

What can people upload?

Up to 10 files of 50 MB each on a link. Anonymous links turn away Windows programs and Office files with macros; links under your name take those too.

How do I report a link?

Use the report form at hello.new/report, or email [email protected]. Links that break the terms come down.
