Help without the runaround

Tell us what happened and include the email on your account. Never send an API key, access token, password or payment-card details.

Account and AI connection

For sign-in, ChatGPT, Codex or other assistant connection issues, email [email protected]. Include the assistant you use and the exact public ViewMade error message.

You can review and revoke connected assistants yourself from Dashboard → Connect.

Video production

Include the production title, public video ID and support reference shown in your dashboard. The Queue displays the exact recorded refund or confirms that no credits were charged; support never needs your private media URL or credentials to investigate.

Billing

Manage payment methods and cancellation from Dashboard → Billing. For a duplicate or incorrect charge, email [email protected] with the invoice number.

Privacy and security

Report a suspected account or data issue to [email protected]. We will never ask for a password, full API key, OAuth token or payment-card number.
