Growo MCP server: child growth tools for AI assistants

Free and without sign-up. Connect your assistant to Growo and it can calculate a percentile, a corrected age or a target height from the same WHO and CDC tables as our calculators, instead of estimating one from memory.

What it can do

Sixteen tools. Metric units throughout, and every calculation result names the chart it came from.

growth_percentile	Where one weight, height or head measurement sits on the WHO or CDC chart: percentile, z-score and the 3rd to 97th band.
growth_reference_range	The normal band for an age and sex, without a measurement.
bmi_percentile	BMI from weight and height, placed on the BMI-for-age chart: WHO under 24 months, CDC 2000 from 24 months to 20 years.
growth_trend	The change between two measurements and how many percentile bands it crossed.
birth_size_percentile	A birth weight, length or head circumference against the weeks of pregnancy (Olsen 2010; SGA, AGA, LGA).
corrected_age	The corrected (adjusted) age of a baby born before 37 weeks, the due date and when correction usually ends.
target_height	The adult height expected from both parents' heights (Tanner's mid-parental method), with its range.
development_milestones	WHO motor-development windows open at an age, plus the CDC check-up months.
newborn_weight_change	How far a weight is from the birth weight, in grams and percent, and whether birth weight is regained.
growth_velocity	Growth between two measurements as a rate per day, per week and per 30 days: weight, length or head.
ponderal_index	Rohrer's ponderal index from weight and length, a newborn proportion measure.
child_age	The exact calendar age from a birth date: years, months, days, and the total in months, weeks and days.
convert_measurement	A weight or length converted between kg, g, lb, oz and cm, m, in, ft, including 7 lb 4 oz style input.
zscore_percentile	A z-score converted to a percentile, or a percentile to a z-score, on the normal curve.
search	Search Growo's physician-written articles and calculators.
fetch	Read the full text of an article or calculator page found by search.

What it will not do

• It does not diagnose. A percentile is a position on a reference chart: every result carries interpretation: null, isDiagnostic: false and a disclaimer written by a physician, and unusual values return a clinician-review note.
• It has no accounts and does not read or store a child's record. Every tool is a calculation on the numbers it is given.
• It keeps a usage log: which tool was called, every input sent to it (including a birth date when a tool needs one), the country and the kind of client. No IP address, no city, no account and no name.
