BitcoinYield API

One normalized, always-fresh feed of live crypto yields across DeFi and CeFi: lending, pools, vaults, staking, fixed-rate and custodial earn, ranked by yield and risk. Every value is a live figure with a fetch timestamp, and each row carries its base-vs-reward split, TVL and risk grade. Power yield dashboards, treasury tools, or your agents, over plain REST or MCP.

One entry per asset with its best current yield across DeFi and CeFi, its A-D risk grade and a link to the full comparison. best_apy is a percent. No key required. Optional asset, stablecoin and max_risk (A to D: only offers graded at or below that letter) filters.

Filtering the feed

API key

Narrow /api/v1/prices to exactly the yield you want. asset is the symbol or slug (usdc, btc), provider is the platform (aave-v3, nexo), and type is how the yield is produced, one of defi_lending, savings, defi_lp, farm, defi_vault, liquid_staking, restaking, fixed, synthetic, backstop, private_credit, rwa_fund, cefi_earn, or structured_option (the methodology explains each).

MCP server

Connect any MCP client (Claude, Cursor, or an autonomous agent) to the hosted server over Streamable HTTP (protocol 2026-07-28, with the earlier handshake still supported). Tool: list_yields returns the best current yield per asset across DeFi and CeFi with its risk grade, optionally capped with max_risk. Nothing to install.
